Silver Pothos prefers humidity and bright, indirect sunlight. The leaf tips may brown if the air is too dry. Silver Pothos has several common names including Satin Pothos or Silver Philodendron but no matter what name you call it, ‘Silvery Anne’ will bring a touch of ethereal beauty to your indoor plant collection.
Growing to 3 m tall in open ground, it is an evergreen climber. The Satin Pothos even made the top 10 in the NASA Clean Air Study conducted into air-purifying houseplants, as it removes the harmful substances present in virtually all households, offices and schools.
Silver Satin is a remarkable cousin of the Golden Pothos plant cherished for its soft, variegated heart-shaped leaves. It looks terrific in terrariums and hanging baskets.
Basic Care for Silver Satin Pothos
